DG Development Corporation, in partnership with Fore Property Company, completed construction of this apartment community in November of 2015. Upon completion, the 20-acre, 360-unit class A rental project was 98 percent leased. This feat made Volare Apartment Homes one of the largest and most successful multi-family efforts to be financed and built in Las Vegas after the economic downturn.
This premier apartment community features studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plans with top-of-the-line finishes. Some of these include wood vinyl plank flooring in the common areas and carpeting in bedrooms, solid wood cabinets, nine-foot ceilings, washer and dryers and pre-wired CAT-5 telecommunications.

The site for this project was acquired in August 2011 and was successfully re-zoned from RUD to R-3 in order to permit multifamily residential. In addition to the zoning change, DG Development Corporation secured Clark County approval for 360 units to be built within 17 buildings with a combination of 2 and 3-story buildings, most with direct access garages.
Volare is located in the southern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, directly adjacent to the 2,700 acre Southern Highlands master planned community and within minutes of three locals-focused hotel-casino properties. Additionally, Volare is just feet from Interstate 15, a major north-south thoroughfare that spans from southern California through Nevada into Utah.
In July of 2017, Green Leaf Capital Partners purchased Volare Apartment Homes for $63 million.
